Have your say on the National Adaptation Plan

The Government is seeking feedback on its National Adaptation Plan to help Aotearoa address the physical impacts of climate change.

The draft plan has been released, setting out actions for New Zealand to adapt to the locked-in impacts of climate change, such as rising sea levels and more frequent extreme weather events.

The draft plan, led by the Ministry for Environment, will be open for feedback until 3 June, with consultation being held online due to COVID-19. For more information about the draft plan and how to make a submission, go to: Ministry for the Environment – National Adaptation Plan – Consultation.
