Business Club
The Business Club provides a unique opportunity for Bay of Plenty businesses to benefit from the 2011 Rugby World Cup Festival
What is the Business Club?
- The club is like a dating service to help match and connect like-minded business people.
- The club will also help us decide what kind of events we should be running here in the Bay of Plenty that maximise opportunities for business.
- The Club is run by the New Zealand 2011 Office, www.nz2011.govt.nz which has been established by the Government to focus on New Zealand’s role as hosts of RWC 2011.
The local support for the Club will be provided by BOP 2011 – Business Leveraging.
How does the club work?
- Visitors to New Zealand in 2011 will be invited to register their details including business interests.
- This will then be matched with relevant events or even one on one with NZ companies.
- New Zealand companies will also have the opportunity to register their interests.
- The goal is to showcase the best the BOP has to offer.
- Membership is free and open to all business people visiting New Zealand in 2011. New Zealand business people will also be involved, through organising events or attending as hosts.
How do Bay of Plenty companies get involved?
Go to the NZ2011 website and register your company.
Email Grant Kilby to let us know that you have registered. Tell Grant what kinds of business you are looking for.
